Behind the scenes, we also operate full-scale manufacturing facilities capable of producing high-quality products across multiple categories: bakery, beverages, sauces, dairy and plant-based.

Dairy Plant: Consistency for Every Pour and Spoonful
Our dairy plant is where we create dry blends for our clients’ dairy products including yoghurts, mageu, drinking yoghurts, and other dairy-based beverages and products. Each blend contains all the necessary ingredients for the final product, ensuring consistency, efficiency, and uncompromising quality for every production run.
Sauce Plant: Flavour Crafted to Order
In our dedicated sauce plant, we manufacture and pack a variety of sauces for our clients, from creamy, indulgent bases to bold, savoury marinades. Every batch is tailored to meet exact client specifications, ensuring the perfect flavour profile and texture for its intended application.
Bakery & Confectionery Plant: Precision in Every Mix
Our bakery and confectionery plant produces dry blends for a wide range of bakery categories, from scones and breads to indulgent desserts. We’ve just completed building our dedicated bakery facility within the Johannesburg production site, allowing us to test products, run trial batches, and perform thorough quality control before products go to market.



QC Labs: Quality at Every Stage
Quality is non-negotiable. That’s why we have dedicated QC laboratories for both bakery and all other product categories. Our labs conduct rigorous testing at every stage of production, ensuring that every product meets the highest safety and quality standards before it leaves our facilities.

Great products start with great people. We’ve recently set up a training centre at our Johannesburg facilities to support both internal and external training. With a strong focus on health and safety and other essential skills, the training centre ensures our teams are equipped with the knowledge and confidence they need on site.
